You have agreed to desist from shipping items that fall into any category classified as hazardous by Ship N EZZI Logistics. In addition Ship N EZZI Logistics will refuse to ship items deemed prohibited by Jamaica Customs Agency. If you engage in such practices you accept total responsibility and will be liable to pay any fees incurred.
You accept to use the mailing address that is provided in its entirety, every number and or letter is important as this identifies you the customer.
You have granted us the permission to send promotional information and other important messages via cell phone and email.
Your membership does not attract a fee and you can be a member for as long as you chooses.
Packages that are sent by friends, family are required to be adequately packaged to withstand air transportion and also to ensure ordinary care in the handling process to prevent injury or damage to any person or property. This ensures that your package arrives safely. Packages are to be correctly labeled to be easily identified.
We will not be liable for damages caused by external bodies, such as the company from which items are purchased or by Jamaica Customs. We will only accept liability for products that are damaged or went missing while in our possession.
You have granted the permission to clear your packages on your behalf and you simultaneously agree to pay any fees charged by Jamaica Customs.
Customers will incur a service charge for goods that undergo customs inspections and charges.
Items that weighs over 50lbs will attract an additional handling fee.
Starting at 7 business days post notification uncollected packages will attract JA$50 daily storage fee. Unclaimed packages are auctioned after 6months no refund will be provided for deposits made on unclaimed shipments.
If you have requested us to conduct online purchases on your behalf using our credit card, you will be charged a small service fee of 5% of your total cost.
Delivery will be provided to customers outside of our operating location at a cost.
We reserve the right to hold goods for no specified period where the customer has an outstanding balance. If outstanding balances are not paid within 3 months we have the right to sell these items to recover any outstanding balance on your account.
If additional documents are requested and not provided, shipment may be delayed and a storage fee will be charged after a certain period of 14 business days.
You accept liability for any sanctions experienced due to submission of fraudulent or invalid invoices.
Packages may receive clearance fees depending on the nature of the item/s shipped.
